On the 14th May 2021 Bob Youill Executive Director Key Risk Consulting Asia gave a key note presentation at the 5th Anti-Corruption and Compliance Conference in Beijing on the subject of ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management Systems and how to prepare corporate responses to allegations of corruption within the ISO 37001 framework. The conference was attended by nearly 100 delegates both in persons and via video conference facilities. Covid 19 travel restrictions required Bob to give his presentation via Zoom link however the Key Risk Consulting strategic partner Ms. Christina Wang – who is a senior lawyer at the Universal Law Offices based in Shanghai- was personally on hand to talk with the delegates and explain the value of corporations both local and international developing their own robust anti-bribery management processes as part of their PRC compliance framework .
